MEET BUZZY & FRIENDS:
Buzzy was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2006. He is 85 feet tall, weighs 540 pounds, and has a total volume of 105,000 cubic feet-- that means you could put 105,000 basketballs inside him.
Keeping him company everywhere he goes are his two best friends Sally Mander and Max the Mouse. Sally Mander is 67 feet long and Max is 26 1/2 feet tall. Buzzy and his pals enjoy traveling the world, attending balloon festivals and special events with pilot Shane Robinson. Shane has been flying balloons for over twenty years with over 2,000 hours of ballooning experience. He has flown corporate advertising balloons for companies like:
- Bass Pro Shops
- Pontiac
- GMC
- Mr. Goodwrench
- AC Delco
- Good Neighbor Pharmacies
- WalMart Neighborhood Markets
- Touchstone Energy Cooperatives
- and many more.
He has flown in more than 40 states, throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and Puerto Rico. When he's not enjoying adventures with Buzzy and friends, Shane conducts passenger flights in the Midwest United States and Guanajuato, Mexico.
